As parents we often forget whats important in relationships. When we are single parents and the child is in our custody, we often try to control when and how long the other parent visits. What we need to realize is the visitation is not about us but rather the child that lies in the balance of our failures. And no that does not go for everyone’s situation as many times that absent parents deserves some boundaries in place to keep the peace. But there are a few of us where both parents want to be active in the picture, just we did not work as a couple and now we let our pride in the way of childrens happy future. Hopefully this video can help us to see the other side of the picture.
